In the content library, autograph can be triggered for documents. An autograph icon is displayed for the document content as shown below:
You can self-sign the document, sent the document for signature and create template from the document. Autograph icon will be available only for documents in the format- PNG, JPEG, BMP, JPG, DOCX, PDF, PPTX, and PPT.
Self Sign Documents
To self-sign the document, you can follow the steps below:
- Click autograph icon, and then select Self Sign. You will be navigated to the Add fields page of the Autograph module.
- Add the required fields and click Finish.
Once the document is self-signed, you will be navigated back to the Content Library page.
Sending Documents for Signature
To send the document for signature, you can follow the steps below:
- Click autograph icon, and then select Send for Signature. You will be navigated to the Add Recipients page of the Autograph module.
- Add the recipients, click Next. The Add fields page will be displayed.
- Add the required fields, and click Next. The Review page will be displayed.
- Enter a message for the recipients (optional), and click Send.
Once the document is shared with the recipient, you will be navigated back to the Content Library page.
Creating Templates from Documents
To create templates from documents, you can follow the steps below:
- Click autograph icon, and then select Create Template. You will be navigated to the Add Placeholders page of the Autograph module.
- Add the placeholders and click Next. The Add fields page will be displayed.
- Add the required fields, and click Next. The Review page will be displayed.
- Enter a message for the recipients (optional), and click Create.
All documents and templates created from Content Library will be available in the Autograph module.
