The Content Translation Tool is an add-on for your Content Library that can translate your content into many different languages. To learn more about this add-on feature contact accountmanagers@responsive.in.

Note:

- Malay and Indonesian language translations are unsupported on DeepL Translation Engine
Translation Preferences
You can set the translation preferences for your company at the Organization Settings by following the steps below:
- Login to Responsive > Organization Settings > COMPANY > Translation Preferences. The Translation Preferences page will be displayed as shown below:
- Select the preferred translation engine for your organization from the drop-down options.
- Specify the translation usage limit.
- Click SAVE to save the selections. The selected settings will be applied to your organization.

Content Library Q&A Pair Language Translation
To perform language translation at the individual Q&A pair level, follow the steps below:
- From Content Library, click the three-dot menu on the Q&A pair to be translated.
- Select Translate.
- The Translate pop-up will be displayed as shown below:
- In the Source Language drop-down, select the current language of the Q&A pair (if applicable).
- In the Target Language drop-down, select the language you would like to translate the Q&A.
- Click Translate. The translated content will be displayed as shown below:
- Select Add as new Q&A Pair. The Answer Editor pop-up will be displayed as shown below:
- Click SAVE. A success message as shown below will be displayed:
The newly added Q&A pair will be displayed in the Library as shown below:
The newly added Q&A pair will be displayed in the original Q&A pair as linked content along with the language in which it is translated (example: vi for Vietnamese). To view the related content, click Q&A pair > More Options > View Properties > Related Content tab.
Answer Library Bulk Translation
Super Admin and Admin users can bulk translate answer library content using the Bulk Translate option. To perform a bulk translation, follow the steps below:
- Select the Q&A pairs and click More > Bulk Translate.
- The Bulk Translate page will be displayed as shown below:
- Select the Source Language and Target Language from the drop-down options. The system will autogenerate a job name, however, you can change it if required. Then, click TRANSLATE.
- A success message is displayed as shown.
- Click the Translate icon at the top of the Library Tab. The translation details will be displayed on the Translation Queue tab.
Note: The Language Review tab will display the content that other users have assigned for your review. - Details such as the target language for translation, date of translation, count of content available for language review, moved to answer library, and count of content sent to moderation will be displayed.
- Click Language Review.
You will be navigated to the Translation Queue page. - Select the content(s) and accept/reject by clicking the respective icons from the top navigation bar or individually on a Q&A pair.
- A confirmation pop-up will be displayed as shown below:
Once accepted, the content will be moved to the Library or Moderation tab. On the Moderation tab, the translated Q&A pair is denoted by a Translated banner.
If the content is rejected, it will be discarded. - Once the content is moderated, the updated count will reflect on the translation queue.
Note:
- If there are any images in the source content, they will be reflected in the translated content as well
- Formatting (if any) present in the source content will be retained in the translated content
- The maximum character limitation is set by the translation service provider
Assigning Language Reviewers
From the Translation Queue page, you can assign content to other users for their review individually or in bulk.
Assigning in Bulk
To reassign in bulk, you can follow the steps below:
- Click Language Review from the translation queue.
- Click Select all checkbox options or click the checkbox associated with the content to be edited.
- Click Language Reviewers.
- You can assign new reviewers or remove existing reviewers from the pop-up.
- Click SAVE to update the new language reviewers.
Assigning Individually
To update language reviewers for an individual Q&A pair, you can follow the steps below:
- Click Language Review from the translation queue.
- Click the Language Reviewer icon on the desired Q&A pair.
- The Assign Language Reviewers pop-up will be displayed as shown below:
- Enter the user name you would like the content to be reassigned to and click Add.
Note:
- Language Reviewers will also be added as Owners for this Q&A pair.
- The content thus assigned for other users’ review will be displayed in their LANGUAGE REVIEW tab.
Language Review
The LANGUAGE REVIEW tab will display the content that other users have assigned for your review. Once content is assigned for your review, you are also assigned as the owner of that content. You can review the content, accept/reject them, as well as reassign the language review to other users.
