Overview
Super Admins can turn on the Content Library accessibility from the Organization Settings. Once turned on, an option for the user to opt-in/out from the new user experience is available.
Note: You must be a Super Admin to turn on this setting.
Turning On/Off User Interface Settings
To turn on opt-in/out new user experience, follow the steps below:
- Go to Organization Settings > COMPANY > Company Information > User Interface Settings.
- Turn on the toggle switch associated with Enable the New Content Library Experience.
- Select the checkbox allows individual users to opt-in to the new experience.
- Click Apply.
Once the user logs in to the Content Library, an option to switch between the Classic UI and New User Experience is displayed.
Note: If Allow individual users to opt-in to the new experience is not selected, by default, Answer Library and Content Library will not appear for all users. It will enforce all users to use the Content Library in the New User Experience.
Switching User Experiences
To switch between user experiences, follow the steps below:
- From the Content Library new Responsive Experience, click The New Responsive Experience.
- Click Return to Classic UI. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click Switch Back. The Content Library Classic UI appears.
- Click Enable the New Experience to switch back to the new user experience. The Content Library new user experience appears.
