Overview
Star ratings help prioritize the order of question and answer recommendations (Q&A pairs) and content while responding to questionnaires. They optimize content in the Content Library, ensuring strong recommendations are presented first and reducing/removing weak recommendations. Star ratings can be updated by editing Q&A pairs in the Recommendation Engine at the question level, and within the Content Library.
Use Case: To assign greater favorability to questions and answers in the Recommendation Engine, or to devalue questions and answers so they are not available via the default Recommendation Engine. However, users can still find 0 star rating content via search.
