Overview
When assigning tasks, you can opt to send email notifications immediately or queue them to send later.
Use Case: When you are assigning multiple questions or sections, queueing email notifications prevents frequent notifications for each individual assignment. |
Queued notifications appear next to the Envelope icon in the upper right side of the application window when you have the associated project open. Note that the icon only appears if there are pending notifications.
Managing Pending Email Notifications
- Go to the project, then click the Envelope
icon to open the Pending Notifications window. Remember, the icon won't appear if there are no pending notifications.
- From the Pending Notification Queue, you can preview, send, or delete any pending notifications.
