Bulk actions now appear immediately when you select projects.
Utilize breadcrumbs to navigate back quickly to where you just were.
Flexibility Through Customization: Make Responsive work how you work
Click and drag column headers to change the order in which the columns appear. Change the columns that appear for a project, too.
Apply filters to columns on the Manage Projects page and the sections of an individual project. A red dot on the filter icon will remind you which filters are active.
In the Content Library where your Q&A pairs and documents are kept, you can customize the facet with the filters you find most useful.
Toggle between dark and light mode.
Do It Quickly
Switch between viewing all questions and only the questions assigned to you with the All Questions / My Questions toggle:
When creating a new project, easily move to the next required field by clicking the arrows for mandatory fields to be filled.
Assign authors, reviewers and guests by clicking on the appropriate plus icon in the section, then fill in the details of the assignment.
Auto Respond and Export are now on the main sections page for easy access.
Mark imported files speedily with the floating toolbar.
Greater Visibility
The Manage Projects page provides a great deal of information about your projects. See at a glance how many questions have been answered, how many have been reviewed, how many sections have been completed, and more.
This gives you important information about your projects very quickly.
Easier Content Management
The Answer Library, Document Library, Section Templates and Catalogs have been merged into a unified Content Library. It is organized by tabs:
- Q&A Pairs: A repository of all Q&A pairs that reside in Responsive.
- Documents: A repository of all the documents that have been uploaded into the Library.
- Sections: A repository of sections that have been saved from Projects as templates or boilerplate content that have been created as section templates.
- Catalogs: A repository of all the catalogs that have been created on Responsive.
Contents in Library appear as cards on the main section of each tab.
The Insights report is a dashboard with information about your Content Library.
The Deduplication process allows you to review the Primary Q&A pair next to duplicates and update them to make sure you have the most complete information in your Content Library.
For more information, see (New UI) Removing Duplicate Content in Your Content Library.
Content Library Trash
Deleted cards appear on the Content Library Trash where you can review them and decide if they should be deleted permanently. They will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
Content Library Archive
You can archive Q&A pairs and files from your Content Library; this allows you to remove content from active use but not delete it.
Note: Responsive does not automatically delete archived content, but you can do it manually.
