Overview
You can filter projects to view all questions assigned to specific authors and reviewers, or members of the project team.
Tip: Teams are set up for reuse, so if you find yourself assigning questions to the same few authors over and over, you can set them up as a team and assign it to them. See (New UI) Start Guide | Teams for more information on creating and managing teams.
Use Case: To determine the total number of questions assigned to a user, view questions assigned to specific authors or reviewers, or determine what questions have been assigned within a project.
Viewing All Questions Assigned to Team Members Across Projects
Follow the steps below to view all questions assigned to specific team members across an entire project:
- From the Projects page, click the Filter
icon next to the Team Members column and enter a name (or names) in the Team Member field; then click Apply.
The filtered view displays the projects that contain questions assigned to that user. - Open the project to view the assigned questions.
Viewing Questions Assigned to Specific Authors or Reviewers in Projects
- From the Sections page, click the Filter
icon at the top of the page.
Enter a name (or names) in the Authors or Reviewers field; then click Apply.
The filtered view displays the sections that contain questions assigned to that author. - Open the section to view the assigned questions.
