Overview
Note: This article is designed to give existing users an overview of the new user experience. Details on how to perform tasks are provided in additional Help Center articles.
We always intended our product to be easy to learn and use so our customers can perform their tasks efficiently. As we added new features, however, we felt that the user interface had become too complex. We are currently reworking the user interface to be clearer and more intuitive so experienced users are more productive and new users can be trained faster. This includes the following new features on the Projects page:
- The Recent Projects bar shows what you’ve been working on most recently.
- You can sort and filter the projects list
- You can customize the columns displayed on the projects list
- You can resize and reorder the columns, and the system will remember your customizations
- You can customize the columns separately for Active and Archived projects
- View and send queued notifications in across all the projects
- You can customize the number of items on the page and click the left and right arrows to move through the list
The following new features have been added for individual projects:
- The My Work toggle highlights the questions that are assigned to you
- The marking toolbar is hidden until you click in the file
- The marking toolbar can be docked to the right if you always want to see it
- Tables can be marked quickly like marking a sentence or paragraph
Creating a project is easier now:
- A table of contents at the top left lets you move quickly between the sections of the project
- The number of required fields remaining is displayed at the bottom of the page. Click the up and down arrows to move directly to them.
