Assigning Sections to a Guest

Navigate to the list of sections and select the checkboxes for the sections you want to assign to the guest. The Bulk Options toolbar will be displayed.

Select Manage Users. Click the Guests tab from the pop-up box.

If you want to add the guest, select Assign Guest and enter the guest's email address. Additional options will be displayed.

You also may enter comments which will be sent with an email notifying them of their access to the project. The guest will only have access to the sections of the project to which they are assigned.  

You can also assign guests by selecting the plus icon in the Guests column.

Enter the guest's email address in the pop-up box and click Add to add the guest.

Click the More Options link to send a message to the guest, track the message as a comment, or queue notifications and send them at once. When you are finished, click Save.

Assigning Individual Questions to a Guest

You may also assign individual questions to guests. Click the menu icon associated with the question to be assigned to the guest, and select Manage Users from the menu.

Select the Guests tab at the top of the Manage Users pane. Click Add Guests to add a guest.

Enter the guest's email address to see additional options. You can send a message to the guest, track the message as a comment, or queue notifications and send them at once. When you are finished, click Save.
