Overview
Responsive's Requirements Analysis feature offers a comprehensive set of tools that aid proposal management teams in the various aspects of the proposal writing process. These tools help teams stay on top of their work by efficiently identifying requirements, creating accountability, tracking progress and compliance, and more to produce well-crafted proposals.
Note: Requirements Analysis is a paid add-on. Contact your account manager for more information.
Prerequisites
Before we jump into Requirements Analysis, let's ensure we have the groundwork laid. We need two key items: a dictionary and a matrix structure.
Dictionary
A Dictionary is a list of keywords that help the system identify requirements or criteria specified in an RFP document. Users can create custom dictionaries that tailor their search to meet their specific needs and ensure they identify all of the relevant requirements from a document. Click here to see how to set up dictionaries.
Document Shredding Matrix Structure
The Document Shredding Matrix Structure refers to a set of column headers that you can customize to evaluate requirements in a way that is unique to your needs. You can Create your own Document Shredding Matrix Structure by following the instructions on this link.
