As a Responsive app user, you can update your login password within your account settings. To change or reset your password follow the steps below:
- Click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner, then click on Your Account.
- Under the Profile tab, go to the Password section and click on the pencil icon. Enter your current password, then input and confirm your new password. When finished, click Update.
Forgot your password? Click on Reset your password by email.
The system will send you an email with a Reset Password link. Click on the link to create a new password.
