Responses from a project can be saved to cloud storage services, allowing RFPIO users to store the content in folders on Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.

Note: Cloud storage integrations is an add-on feature and must be enabled by RFPIO staff. Please contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@rfpio.com, if you would like to enable it. |
To export project responses from RFPIO to cloud storage integrations:
- Go to the Project Dashboard of a project and click on the Menu icon. Then, click on Export Responses.
- From the list of export packages, click on the three dots icon. If there are not any export packages available, one will need to be generated. Then, click on Save to and select the cloud storage service that’s integrated with your instance (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive).
- Select the folder to save the export response package to, then click Save. You may need to sign in to your cloud storage account.
