Viewing Answer Library Activities

Overview

Review activities, such as edits and usage, for individual Q&A pairs in the Answer Library.

Use Case: When you need to know how a particular answer was changed, who changed a specific question, when an on-demand review was initiated, or determine when a Q&A pair was used.

Viewing Answer Library Activities

1. Find the Q&A pair in the Answer Library, and click on it to expand it.
   
2. Click the Menu icon (three stacked dots).
   
3. Select Activities.
   
4. Review the activities for that Q&A pair.
   
   
   • The total number of activities is listed at the top of the screen.
   • In the Modified Fields column, you can see what has been changed for the listed activity by what is highlighted:
     • Q: Question
     • A: Answer
     • O: Other fields (such as tags or collections; you can hover over the O to see the specific field type)
       
   • You can also view who performed the activity and the date.
   • Click the row to see the specific change that was made. You can click the < and > icons at the top of the screen to see details about other changes made for that Q&A pair.
     

Sorting Activities

Click Sort By to change how the activities are sorted (from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest).

Filtering Activities

Click the Filter icon to filter the Activity Type, Modified Fields, the person who performed the activity, and the date range.
