Overview
Admins in Responsive can set up Related Word Sets in the Organization Settings to boost the keyword search. Answer Library Related words pulls in related words during an Answer library search. The related word sets acts as a dictionary of similar words, synonyms or antonyms, as grouped by the user. By default, the system has a set of related words in UK-US English that users can leverage.

Creating Related Words
To create related word sets in Answer Library, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Organization Settings > Content Library > Related Words. The Organization Settings – Related Words page will be displayed as shown below:
- Click ADD WORDSETS and select Add New. The Add Word Set pop-up will be displayed as shown below:
- You can enter multiple words separated by comma, semi-colon, or can enter in a new line.
Note: We recommend not using hyphenated words since it can produce fewer search results. For instance, use "TextExample" instead of "Text-Example". - Click SAVE to save the word set.
- The added word set will be displayed as Manually Added.
- Clicking Manually Added will display the newly added related words as shown below:
In the above example, when a search on SAAS is done in the Answer Library, results matching to all words in that word set will be retrieved and displayed.
- To edit or delete the word set, click the respective icons.
