Only one user in a Responsive instance can be assigned the Super Admin role at a time. Additionally, only the Super Admin can reassign a user to be the new Super Admin. When this change occurs, the previous Super Admin will need to select a different role.
Note: What if your Super Admin left your company? Reach out to Responsive Support to have the Super Admin reassigned to a different user within your organization.
- Select your profile image in the bottom left corner, then click Organization Settings.
- Under User Management, click on Manage Users. Then, click on the user to be assigned as the new Super Admin.
- At the bottom of the page, select More, then click on Set as Super Admin.
- Confirm the selection, then click Next.
- Select your new role (the default is Admin with ALL Permissions), then click Update.
Once reassigned, the system will log you out. You will need to log back into Responsive to see the changes.
