Overview
When a user is deactivated from Responsive, their historical data (such as comments and responses) is retained in the application.
When a user is removed from Responsive, historical data associated with their account is retained, but you must reassign all open tasks to another user when you remove the account.
Deactivating Users
Deactivated user will be displayed in the application with the status as Inactive, as shown below:
Once the user is deactivated, they cannot log into the application and no tasks can be assigned. You can activate the deactivated user by selecting Activate from More Menu options.
Removing Users
When a user is removed from Responsive, historical data associated with their account is retained (comments, responses). You must, however, reassign all open tasks to another user when you remove the account. If there are any associated records when trying to remove the user, a pop-up as shown below will be displayed:
You can assign the ownership to another user and click REASSIGN to remove this user permanently from the application.
