Overview
The content score is a numerical score attached to each Q&A pair in Answer Library, which in its standard form, indicates how current and reliable a particular Q&A pair is. The content score can be tailored to include other attributes, such as custom fields, star rating, etc.
By default, Content Score is determined based on the following attributes.
- Last Reviewed Date
- Last Used Date
- Last Updated Date
- Used Count
However, it can be customized as per the requirement by adding additional custom fields such as Star Rating.
Prerequisite: Content Score settings can be viewed and modified by Super Admin, Admin with all permissions or anyone with Company Settings permission. |
