Overview
When assigning tasks, you can opt to send an email notification immediately or queue it to send later. If you are assigning multiple questions or sections, you can queue email notification which prevents frequent email notifications for each individual assignment.
Managing Pending Email Notifications
When you queue notifications, you will see the number of queued notifications next to an envelope icon in the upper right side of the application window when you have the associated project open. Click the envelope icon to open the pending notifications modal.
Note: The queue (i.e. envelope icon) will not appear if there are no pending notifications.
From the Pending Notification Queue, you can preview, send or delete any pending notifications.
