Overview
Flags give you the ability to create color coded and named flags to differentiate questions within a project. Creating a flagging scheme allows for quick filtering within a project in order to help better identify how items should be addressed.
Prerequisite: Users with Administrative access (Super Admin, Admin with ALL permissions, or equal Custom Roles) will have the ability to manage these flags. |
Use Case
Within a project if you want to differentiate a question, using color-coded flags would be an option. You can set up a flag for a department or business function (Legal, Support, IT) to show respondents who is responsible for the flagged content. You may also use tags to differentiate statuses or required actions. |
