Overview
For auto-responded questions and for questions for which answer library recommendations are applied, if there are any updates made in the Answer Library, the Project Team will be notified of the available updates. A visual indication will be displayed to notify on the updates. This will help the proposal teams to submit the RFx with latest responses.
Content Change Indicator Walkthrough
When an author auto-responds to or applies the recommended answer for a question, a Bulb icon is displayed to indicate the same.
- In the meantime, if the content owner updates the content in the Answer Library, the content will be sent for moderation.
- Once the moderator approves it, to let the proposal team know that there is an updated content available, a green colored bulb icon is placed in the Manage Projects page.
- Clicking on the Bulb icon will navigate the user to the question list page. When Advanced Filter is clicked, by default, Answer Updated in Library will be selected.
- Click the Bulb icon to compare the updates.
- The New icon indicates the answer is updated.
- To apply the updates to the question, click Update.
Note: The Update button is not visible if the Answer Library question or the project question contains multiple answer fields. - The updated content alert will also be displayed at the section level.
- Completing a project alerts the project team if there is an updated content available in the Answer Library.
