OneLogin Configuration
For OneLogin configuration, you can follow the steps below:
- Login to OneLogin using valid credentials.
- Click Administration.
- The Administration page will be displayed. Click Applications and select Applications.
- The Applications page will be displayed. Click Add App.
- The Find Applications page will be displayed. Enter Responsive in the search box.
- Click on Responsive. The Add Responsive page will be displayed.
- Click Save. A success message will be displayed.
- The Responsive page will be displayed as shown. Click Configuration.
The page will be displayed as shown.
- Click Enable.
- Enter value for SCIM Bearer Token.
Note:
- You can generate the value of SCIM Bearer Token from Responsive's Organization Settings > SECURITY > SCIM. If the SAML SSO feature is not visible, contact your Account Manager.
- Multiple SSO can be created for a single client instance. If required, raise a support ticket. Once approved, the team will enable it for the client.
Copy the below generated token.
- Enter value for SCIM Instance as App.
- Click Save.
- Click Users and select Custom User Fields.
- Click New User Field.
- Enter values for Name and Shortname as rpfio_user_role.
- Similarly add another new user field with Name and Shortname as responsive_business_unit.
- Click Save.
- Next, go to the Responsive app in Onelogin and click Provisioning.
- Select Enable Provisioning and disable all other check-boxes.
The page will be displayed as shown below:
- Click Save.
- Next, click Parameters.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Cost Center. A pop-up as shown below will be displayed.
- In Value field, select value as responsive_business_unit.
- Select Include in User Provisioning.
- Click Save.
- Next, click Role. The Edit Field Role pop-up will be displayed.
- In Value field, select value as responsive_user_role.
- Select Include in User Provisioning.
- Click Save.
The optional parameters will be enabled and will be displayed as shown below:
- Click Save.
Provisioning Users in Responsive

Adding users
Users will be added to Responsive along with their role, once they are assigned to the SCIM application.
- Click Users tab and select Users.
- The Users page will be displayed. Search for the user for whom Onelogin login provisioning has to be done.
- Click on the user name. The User Info page will be displayed.
- Click Applications from the left pane.
- Click add button associated with Applications.
A pop-up as shown below will be displayed.
- Select Responsive and click Continue. A pop-up as shown below will be displayed.
- Enter the value for Role and Cost Center.
- Click Save. Once the user is successfully provisioned, the page will be displayed as shown below:
The provisioned user will be displayed in Responsive as shown below:
Note: If the role/Business Unit is not specified in the user profile, the default role (Team Member)/default business unit will be assigned to the user.
Updating User
User profiles will be updated in Responsive if any of the below attributes are modified for the assigned application user in Onelogin.
- Given name
- Family name
- Primary phone
- Title
- Time Zone
Note: Email, User Role, and Business Unit cannot be updated. They can be set only during user creation.
Deleting User
If users are removed from the SCIM application, they will be rendered inactive in Responsive.
To delete a user from SCIM,
- Click Delete.
