Overview

You can share individual questions in the answer library with guests and assign a specify access level based on your need.

Sharing Answer Library Content with Guest Users

1. Open your Answer Library.
2. Click View All Contents or the specific collection to locate the question you want to share.
3. Click the question to open it then click the Share icon.
4. Click the Share with Guests tab. You can share with multiple guests and assign varying access levels, based on need.
   
   
   • View is the minimum access level and is required to share a Q&A pair.
   • Edit allows the guest to make edits directly to the Q&A pair.
   • Comment allows the guest to post a comment to the Q&A pair.
     Note: The QA must have an owner for the guest to comment on it.
   • Download allows the guest to download attachments associated with the Q&A pair.
   • Expiry allows you to set an expiration date for the share. Shares will expire at midnight, based on the time zone specified in your Organization Settings.
   • You can include a message that will be included in the share email notification and also track the message as a comment.
