Overview
Example Use Case
- While we highly recommend ensuring everything is configured correctly the first time, this may come in handy if you accidentally forget a section or list of questions when initially configuring your RFP for Import.
Editing Import Files
To navigate back to your Import File first navigate to your project then select the Menu dropdown (upper right hand corner) > Import Files.
From here, click the Edit icon.
*PLEASE NOTE: Once you select the Edit icon your Import File will be in DRAFT STATUS. This must be addressed before you're able to export your responses back into the source file. Below explains your options for taking your Import File out of draft status. For more information please see File Import in Draft Status
Now you will be able to edit current configurations or add any additional mark-ups to your RFP.
Once complete please be sure to re-import the new changes by selecting Import or Revert Configuration to bring your Import File out of Draft Status.
Once selected you will be prompted with this window:
Merge changes: If you already have response content you would like to preserve in this project please select this option.
Create new sections and questions: If you do not have response content you would like to preserve or there is no content currently in the project please select this option.
If you decide you no longer want the edits or additions you can simply select Revert Config.
