Overview
If new users have not yet verified their account and they cannot find the original email to activate their Responsive account, Admins with Organization Settings visibility can resend the invitation.
Resending Unverified Users an Responsive Email Invitation
- Go to Organization Settings > User Management > Manage Users.
- Find the unverified user.
- Click the Menu (three stacked dots) on the right side of the user's information.
Note: You may need to scroll to the right to see the menu. - Click Resend Invitation.
