With RFPIO’s cloud storage integrations, users can add content from file storage services to RFPIO. Currently, RFPIO supports the following cloud storage services:
- Box
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- OneDrive
Note: Cloud storage integrations is an add-on feature. Please contact accountmanagers@rfpio.com to discuss enabling this in your instance. For an overview of this feature, download the attachment at the end of this article.
Setting Up a Cloud Storage Integration
To set up a cloud storage integration in RFPIO:
- Click on your profile image from the bottom left-hand corner, then select Organization Settings.
- Under Integration, click on Cloud Storage.
- Select Enable under one of the options. Then, follow the prompts to link your account with RFPIO.
Once enabled, you will be able to add files from those services to various places within RFPIO, such as projects, responses, and the Document Library.
