Users can now provide a standard response in the Organization Settings for both drop-down and radio answer types.
Scenario: A user has drop-down or radio answer type questions that have the value of either Yes or No in the answer library content. Another user imports a document in the project with similar questions, but the drop-down or radio answer type values are True or False. This new feature will act as a bridge for two different values and map them to one value as shown below.
If the value is either Yes or True, the standard response will take it as Agree. Similarly, for the values No or False, the standard response will be taken as Disagree.
Go to Organization Settings, select Answer Library -> Standard Responses and then click Add New.
Add your chosen standard response and click SAVE.
Users can configure the standard response during import.
Click OPTIONS while configuring answers for AUTO-IDENTIFY DROP-DOWNS.
Configure the standard response and click ADD.
Click SAVE.
Similarly, users can configure drop-downs and radio answer types.
Now the auto-respond feature will work with two different values.
Users can also filter the content in the Answer Library using a standard response.
