Grid View allows you to view the project in a view similar to that of a spreadsheet. Content is organized into columns and rows, and is customizable to show only what is most important to your project workflow. Grid view is also sticky, enabling you to toggle back and forth between list view and grid view depending on your preference and process.
To set up the grid view and use the features, you can follow the steps below:
- Click Grid View option in the top right corner of question list view.
The grid view will be displayed as shown below, with the section description in the first row.
- To resize the rows, click on the row, drag and resize.
- To resize the columns, click on the column header, drag and resize.
- To customize the columns to be displayed, click Customize Column
icon.
- The Customize Column section will be displayed. Select only the columns to be displayed and click APPLY.

- The top menu bar with View, Edit, Actions, Questions, and Filter remain the same as in List View.
- The options you have used the most in Section Properties menu in the List View will be displayed in the top navigation bar as highlighted below:
- Right-click on a question to select Recommendations, Comment, Assign, Clarification, Activities, Attach Files, Tasks, Manage Sub-Questions, Answer Library Setting, Edit Question, and Delete Question
- Filter each column by clicking
icon, selecting filters, and then clicking APPLY.

- To make changes at the question level, click on the More Options
icon associated with the question. The options available are highlighted in the image below:
- In the column adjacent to the questions, you can see the question status (Mark as answered), Flag, Comments , clarifications, if the content is used from answer library and so on.
Contents can be filtered based on flags, comments, answer library used contents, answer markings, and more.
- Attachments will be listed along with questions. Click More Options and select the options to preview, download, or delete the file.
