Managing Linked Content
You can see the links between Q&A pairs by exporting the content to a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet as usual. Link ID will appear in one row in the document or one column in the spreadsheet.
Word Example:
Excel Example
You can see which pairs are linked and change the links by changing the Link ID values:
- To link a new Q&A pair, copy the value in the Link ID and paste it in the Link ID column of the new Q&A pair
- To unlink a Q&A pair, delete the value in the Link ID column for the Q&A pair you would like to unlink
- To move a Q&A pair from one linked group to another, replace the existing Link ID value with the value from another Q&A pair
When you are finished making your changes, import the file back into Responsive to update your Answer Library.
