Being able to restrict access to sensitive content by secured IP addresses is a great feature for making sure the information entered in the Responsive app stays secure. Please follow the below workflow to enable your IP restrictions.
- Once logged in select the icon in the bottom left of the screen. It should have the first initial of user’s first name displayed.
- Select Organization Settings.
- Select Security.
- Enable IP Restriction.
- Enter the IP Address or range in the text boxes provided.
- If multiple ranges are used throughout the company use the + Add More IPs option below the initial text boxes.
- If an IP check is necessary for every login, select the option Enforce IP check on every request.
- Select Submit when complete.
