Use Case
- Filter answers by completed to double-check them.
- Filter questions by incomplete to answer the questions that haven't been answered yet.
- Filter answers by Auto-Answered to verify that the answer was correct.
Users can filter questions and answers within a question. To do so, first open a section. In the taskbar on top, select Filter. A drop-down list with available filters will be displayed. Select the required filter.
When you click Advanced Filter, a toolbar will open on the right side of the screen:
Select the different radio-buttons to filter questions/answers by Answered, Not Answered, or Both.
You can also filter questions by Open comments, Resolved Comments or All.
You can also filter questions/answers by
- Auto Answered, Answer Library Used, Answer Library Used and Edited or All
- Flagged or All
- specific Tags
- guest email address
- authors- All Authors, Unassigned Authors, or Assigned Authors.
- review status- Any, Reviewed or Not Reviewed
- specific text in the question or the question description
- specific people that last updated it
Once you have finished filtering by the appropriate sections, click APPLY. .
Your results will now be properly filtered.
Filtering Questions in a Project
To filter answered/unanswered questions in a project, you can follow the steps:
From the project's section list page, click View All Questions icon.
Click Advanced Filter.
The Advanced Filter section will be displayed. Select Answered from Question Status section and click APPLY to view all answered questions.
Results will be displayed as shown below:
You can click on the expand icon of each section to view the answered questions.
Similarly to view unanswered questions, select Not Answered and click APPLY.
Results will be displayed as shown below:
Expanding each section would display the unanswered questions.
