Overview
When the questionnaire asks that you select one answer in a radio format from multiple columns, use a multi-column radio button as the answer type. Users can choose the multi-column radio button answer type while configuring the Excel file.
Question A has three responses in columns B, C, and D, all as possible options in different columns, and you are being asked to respond in one of them to fulfill the question requirements.
When to Use Multi-Column Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with Answer from the left options.
- Select Multi-Column Radio from the Select Answer Type drop-down.
- Click Add Options to add values.
- The Add Answer Type pop-up displays. Enter the answer types.
- Answer the questions and export the responses.
