Example Use Cases
- Indicate when there is a question that appears as a sub-category of another question.
Sub-Questions can be identified separately from Questions. Once you upload a document, identify the main questions.
Then, select a Sub-Question with your cursor.
On the sidebar, you can select Sub-Question to identify the selected text as a Sub-Question.
Once you click the button, the text will be identified as a Sub-Question, indicated by the icon.
If there are multiple Sub-Questions, you can select the Auto Identify Sub-Questions option in the toolbar on the left.
Once you click this button, the following menu will show:
Given that the Sub-Questions are formatted consistently throughout the document, all of them will show on this menu. Select them all using the check-mark box on the left, and click Apply.
Now, all of the Sub-Questions in the document have been properly identified as Sub-Questions.
Once you import the document, the Sub-Questions will appear underneath the regular Questions as follows:
Advanced:
Users can add numbering to Sub-Questions either using system generated numbering or applying manual numbering.
Click Advanced Settings to auto generate the question numbers or add manually.
