The easiest way to control who has access to your Responsive instance is to limit it to your company’s specific email domain. This restriction will provide another layer of security by only allowing users in the system with company domains. Please follow the below work flow to learn how to enable this feature.
- Once logged in, select the icon in the bottom left of the screen. It should have the first initial of user’s first name displayed.
- Select Organization Settings.
- Select Security.
- Enable Limit user invitation to following domains.
- Enter the domains you wish to allow invitations to be sent to.
- Reminder: Domains are only the information behind the @ symbol.
- Select Submit when complete.
