You can change your company level Time zone and can select to consider business/non-business days while assigning tasks. The time zone can also be changed at the user level.
Localization (Company Level)
To modify Company time zone, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Organization Settings > COMPANY > Locale Preferences.
- Click edit icon associated with Localization.
- Select the Date Format, Time Format, Default Time, Time Zone, and Currency from their respective drop-down options.
- Click SUBMIT.
The new selections will be saved.
Non-Business Days
This feature allows in skipping non-business days while calculating the start and due date for tasks, author, review, and project.
To select the non-business days, you can follow the steps below:
- Click edit icon associated with Non-Business Days.
- Turn on the toggle switch associated with Skip Non-Business days.
- Select the checkbox for the days to be made as non-business days.
- Click SUBMIT to save the updates.
The selected days will be marked as non-business days while calculating various tasks in Responsive.
Localization (Your Account Level)
You can change your time zone by editing your profile from Your Account. Click your avatar and go to Your Account. Click Edit icon.
Select the time zone from the drop-down.
Once your personal time zone is modified, click Save.
