You can submit product feedback via the Product team, Support team, or our Customer Success manager. Feel free to send any questions, comments, feedback, bugs, or recommendations you have. We'd love to hear from you!
Use Case: Submitting an idea that you think would help improve the software, or letting us know about a bug that you encountered so that we can fix it.
- To send an idea directly to the Product team:
- Click the Submit an Idea link in the footer of Responsive pages.
- Click Give Feedback on the pop-up that displays.
- Enter a title and description.
Note: As you are entering the title and description, any similar ideas already posted in the portal display in the pane to the right. - Enter your name and email, then check the Notify Me if People Comment on My Idea box if you want to be notified of this.
- Click Submit. Your feedback will be submitted and a success message will be displayed as shown below:
- Click the Submit an Idea link in the footer of Responsive pages.
- To submit feedback to the Support team:
- Click Need Help link in the footer of Responsive pages and select Help Center.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Contact Support, then follow the prompts.
