Step 1: Installation of the Responsive APP
A. Log into your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Account.
B. Click drop-down icon near Sales, select Settings, and then click Security.
C. Click Users to add new users.
D. Mouse hover to select the box and then click PROMOTE TO ADMIN.
E. Click OK to promote to admin and then reload the page.
F. Click Settings and select Microsoft AppSource.
G. Enter Responsive in the search field and click Get it now.
Click Continue.
H. Enter values in the fields given, select the checkbox, and then click Continue.
I. Agree to the terms and conditions, privacy statement by selecting the respective checkbox and then click Agree.
P. Click Settings drop-down icon and select Customizations.
J. Click the back arrow icon.
K. Click OPEN.
Step 2: Verifying Package Installation
L. Go to Settings and click Solutions.
M. You can now see the Responsive installed package in the solutions.
Step 3: Publishing Responsive Customization
N. Click Settings drop-down icon and select Customizations.
Q. Click Customize the System to customize the entities.
R. Click Responsive Config under Entities and then select the checkbox near Settings. Click Save icon to save the changes.
S. Click Publish and close the tab after the pop-up.
Step 4: Connect To Responsive Using Company ID (Optional)
Users can connect to Responsive, with the login options enabled in their organization. Users can also login specifying the Company ID in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Single Sign On (SSO).
SSO Using Company ID
A. Go to Home page again and then you can view the Responsive Config below:
B. Click NEW to create new configuration.
C. Copy the Company ID from INTEGRATION > CRM in Responsive.
D. Enter the below values in the config field, paste the Company ID in the field provided, and then click Save icon.

E. Click CONNECT TO Responsive from Objects such as Opportunity, Leads, and Account or from the Responsive Projects, which will help you to login directly to the specific organization.
Step 5: Managing Intakes from MS Dynamics
Once your MS Dynamics account is connected to Responsive, users can create intakes and projects from MS Dynamics.
A: Open the object with which you wish to create the Intake. For example, here, the intake is being created with an open Opportunity.
B: Open the object. Click the Responsive Projects tab.
C: The Responsive Projects page will be displayed. Click CREATE INTAKE to create a new intake for this object.
D: You will be navigated to the intake creation page as shown below:
E: Enter the required details, and click CREATE.
F: The created intake will be displayed in Responsive as shown below:
