Assigning Questions Within a Section

There are two ways to assign questions to owners within a section; individually or in bulk. Here are instructions for both:

Assigning an Individual Question 

1. Select the question you would like to assign
2. Select the question box
3. Select the More Options icon in the upper right hand corner of the question box
4. Select Assign from the menu
5. (Optional) remove previous assignee
6. Add the colleague you wish to assign content to
7. Select Send Notification or Queue Notification button

Assigning Questions in Bulk

1. Select Questions
2. Select Assign Authors
3. Bulk select the questions you wish to assign by checking the box next to the question
4. Add your author in the field above
5. Select Send Notification or Queue Notification button
