When answering questionnaires there will often be new questions that require an attachment and a new answer not found in the Answer Library. In these situations, a custom response and attachment are needed.

Please follow the below workflow to see how to add a custom response with an attachment.

1. Select Response Projects.
2. Select the active project.
3. Select Sections.
4. Select Section Name.
5. Select the question.
6. Type in custom Response.
7. Select Attach Files.
8. Upload File.
9. Select Save and Next
