Example Use Cases
- To include contextual information under a question.
Description
Content can be added as a description when it explains the particular section in detail. Descriptions add context to questions but are not questions themselves. Additionally, descriptions can be imported, edited and exported.
Help Text- Only available for Word files
Help Text is similar to description text in that it provides context and a framework to answer the questions underneath them. You have the ability to mark text as help text for import, but the text is not editable in the solution, nor will it export within a project.
Label - Only available for Tables in Word, or Excel Files
If there is contextual information in a table you want to import as a description, you can import the content within an answer type as a label.
It can be an answer type which has a unique code to know the difference from other question and answers in the section. It can be able to import and export but cannot edit.
Add an answer type for your label, by clicking the green button. In the answer type drop-down menu, select Label. Lastly, provide the column number, and click Save.
Note: The checkbox for Index indicates that the label will be saved in the Answer Library with the Q&A pair. If you do not want this to be saved in the Answer Library for future use, you can clear the selection.
When you import content as a description or help text, it will populate under the section for further description on the following questions. Labels will populate underneath the question.
