Overview
When responding to question that have answer choices in a different column, and you can select multiple answers, use checkbox as the answer type.
Use Cases
- When the questionnaire asks users to mark the appropriate boxes in multiple columns.
When to Use Checkboxes as Answer Types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with Answer from the left options menu.
- Select Checkbox as answer type from the drop-down.
- Click Add Answer Type to add answer types.
- Answer the question and export the response.
