Overview
Use cases:
- Create an internal deadline not necessarily associated with a specific question or section. i.e. First draft due.
- Track clarifications, comments, or questions across a project.
A new Task can be created and assigned at the project and/or question levels.
Assigning at the Project Level
Go to the Tasks tab within a project and click the blue Add Task button.
Add Task name, assign to the team member(s), set due date, set priority, add description as you see fit, add new checklist and click Save.
Once saved, your new Task will be added promptly to your Task list.
Assigning at the Question Level
At the question level, select a question, click more options on the right corner of the question, then select Tasks.
Click Add New Task
Add Task name, assign to the team member(s), set due date, set priority, add description as you see fit, add new checklist and click Save.
You can view the Task assigned at the question level, on the Task list page.
