Reopening Completed Sections

Overview

Administrators and users can reopen completed sections in a few simple steps.

Use case:

• You need to reopen and edit of an existing section after the section has been submitted.

Reopening a Single Section

1. Within the project, click the More Options menu (three stacked dots) at the far right of the desired section; then, select Reopen section.
   
2. Click Yes on the warning pop-up to confirm that you want to reopen the closed section.
   
   The section is reopened, and the status changed to in progress .
   

Alternately, when sections are closed, you can click on the section to see this message:

You can reopen the section by clicking on the red text which states THIS SECTION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO REOPEN.THIS SECTION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO REOPEN.

Reopening Multiple Sections Simultaneously

1. Select the checkboxes to the left of the sections you want to reopen, then click Edit and select Reopen Sections.
   
2. Click Yes on the warning pop-up to confirm that you want to reopen the closed sections.
   
   The sections are reopened, and the status changed to in progress.
