Overview
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our customer experience, the Responsive Help Center is getting a makeover on April 10th, 2024. Some of the updates include:
- An improved search experience, including popular searches available at a single click.
- Reorganized Home page tiles that allow you to easily access information by product.
- Tabbed articles that offer help based on the Responsive package your organization subscribes to.
Note: Although the content of the new Help Center focuses on the New User Experience, our Classic Experience articles will remain available at this time. - A new URL (help.responsive.io) to align with our updated branding.
Our content is constantly changing and improving just like our product offerings. Check back frequently to see what's new.
