(New UI) Bulk Sharing Content Library Content

Overview

Responsive allows you to bulk share the Q&A pairs and files from Content Library. You can share the filtered results as well as selected questions.

Use Cases

 

  • Share content across business units
  • Share a specific set of filtered content with multiple users
  • Send a set of QA pairs to a user for them to review

 

To share multiple items from the Content Library at the same time, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Content Library, use the filters or a keyword search to find content you want to share. Do not click the checkboxes for individual cards or the checkbox on the header.


  2. Select the share icon  share.PNG on the header. 
  3. On the Bulk Share box, enter the name of the users or teams you want to share the content with.

    Note: You cannot share content in bulk with guests.

    You can click the link icon link.PNG to copy the link to the content. Users who click the link will see the Content Library with the shared content.

    If you want, you can enter a message for the recipients of the shared content. When you are finished, click Share.

The recipients will receive an email notification with a link to the Content Library with the shared content.
