Overview
Note: Add-on features must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, to enable them.
An add-on feature is an installable component that supplements or enhances the functionality of our application. We sync up with many CRMs, cloud storage and communication applications, and single sign-on (SSO) authentication platforms.
Depending on your package, we offer several great add-ons to enhance and simplify your user experience.

Business Units |
Allows different purchased organizational business units (BUs) within an instance to created and managed, allowing users to control visibility and access to their Projects and Content. You need to enable this permission, set the number of BUs, and a Support User must set up the first BU for the client. There will be a short downtime associated with this enablement. Settings for each BU includes a name, description, project limit, two HEX colors, and users |
