Creating and Managing a Scorecard – Home

By default, the scorecard page displays the default scorecard created by pulling values from the sections and questions.

Creating a New Scorecard

To create a new scorecard, you can follow the steps below:

Specify a name for the scorecard.
You can create scorecard by:
1. Manually adding a scorecard:
2. Importing sections:
3. Importing sections and questions:
Click Create Scorecard. The Scorecard page appears.

Note:

You can add more line items by repeating this procedure.
For each line item priority can be selected. Weightage would be allocated to each line item based on the priority set.

Once the criteria is added, it would be displayed in the scorecard page.
You can add more criteria by clicking Add Criteria.
You can edit the weightage from the scorecard page by just changing the values in the weightage box.

Note: The total weightage should always be 100.

Select Import Sections.
Click Create Scorecard. The Scorecard page will appear with only the sections from the questionnaire pulled into the scorecard.
Click Add Line Item to add a line item under a section.
Specify the line item and select a priority. By default, priority would be set as 10.

The added line items would be displayed under the respective sections in the scorecard.

Select Import Sections.
Click Create Scorecard. The Scorecard page will appear with all sections and questions from the questionnaire pulled into the scorecard.
By default, the weightage would be equally distributed. You can edit it by entering the new value in the textbox.
By default, the priority for each line item would be 10. You can select the required value from the drop-down list.

You can manage the evaluators, weightage, priority, add more items, edit or delete line items from the scorecard.

To add evaluators, click the plus icon adjacent to Evaluators. The Evaluators section appears, specify the evaluator and click Add.
You can edit the weightage from the scorecard page by just changing the values in the weightage box.
To equalize the weightage, click the three-dot menu, and select Equalize Weight. The weightage would be equally distributed among the criteria.
To reset the values, click Reset Values. An alert message appears intimating all weightage would be reset to zero and priority set to 10.
To remove only the priority, turn off the toggle associated with priority.
To delete a criteria or line item, click the associated delete icon.
To edit a criteria or line item, click on the item and make the required modifications.

Based on the responses from multiple vendors/clients, you can view and manage scoring for a questionnaire.

To do scoring, you can follow the steps below:

Select Evaluation > Scoring. The responses from the vendors/clients will be displayed.
You can select the scores from the drop-down. Scores are auto-saved when you select the value from the drop-down.

Once the values are entered, the total score for each vendor will be displayed towards the bottom of the page.

Click Export to export the score and response files. The package will be exported and downloaded to your local computer.

This page allows you to compare scores from different evaluators.

Scorings of maximum three responders will be displayed. To compare scores from another responder, remove any existing one and add the required responder.
To view scores by weightage, click the three dot menu, and turn on the toggle switch.
To view scores from another scorecard, select the required scorecard from the Scorecard drop-down menu.
