RFPIO® LookUp for Microsoft Outlook is an add-on feature that allows you to use content stored in RFPIO in your emails, calendar items and more without accessing RFPIO. By keeping your curated content in one central location, you streamline your responses without sacrificing accuracy.

Setting Up the Online Version
This app is available from the Microsoft Store. To set it up, perform the following steps:
- On the Microsoft Edge home page, click the Apps icon to display the pop-up menu, and then click All Apps.
- Select Add-ins.
- Search for RFPIO in Add-ins, and then click RFPIO for Outlook from the list.
- On the RFPIO for Outlook page, click Get it now.
The next time you open Outlook, you will see the RFPIO add-in in the ribbon.

Setting Up the Offline Version
To set it up, perform the following steps:
- Click Insert, and then select Get Add-ins.
- Select Store to access the Microsoft Store. Enter RFPIO in the Search field to find the RFPIO Add-in, and click Add when you find it.
- Review the license agreement and privacy policy. If you agree, click Continue.
The next time you open Outlook, you will see the RFPIO add-in in the ribbon.
