Note: Some content in the Responsive Help Center is restricted to logged-in users. If users are not currently logged in to Responsive, they will be prompted to enter a password before viewing the articles.
This article describes how to include links in your documentation to Responsive Help Center articles.
Use Case: You want to use Responsive Help Center articles to help train your users, or create a starter guide for your users and include links to Responsive Help Center articles.
- If your documents are PDFs or Google Docs, you can link to Responsive articles directly. Readers will be asked to enter a password to see them in a web browser.
- If your documents are Word documents, you will not be able to link to Responsive articles; Word tries to download the article rather than passing the link to a web browser. We recommend sending your documents as PDFs.
