Using Images in Responses

Overview

The rich text editor allows users to include images in responses. Adding images as part of responses is useful for including items such as:

• Charts
• Diagrams
• Logos and icons

The following file types are accepted:

• jpg
• png
• gif

Wrapping Text Around Images in Responses

1. Click the Embed Image Upload icon to Insert your image into the text.
   
   
   
   Note:
   Use the insert image function when adding an image to a response rather than copying and pasting in order to retain higher image quality and to use the text wrapping feature in the rich text editor.
   
   
2. Click on it to highlight it, and then click the appropriate icon in the With Text Wrapping section.
   
   
   
   
3. The text will be wrapped around the image.
   
   
   
   
4. You can wrap text around an image on the left or on the right.
   
   

When you move the image by clicking and dragging it, the text will continue to wrap around it correctly.

Note:
The larger the image file, the better the resolution. The Responsive app automatically resizes images to a max-width of 700px to better fit within the confines of the response field. Upon export, the image will resize to fit the margin dimensions of the file the responses are inserted into. Starting with a higher resolution image means a higher quality image upon export.
