When answering questions, the Recommendation Engine automatically finds likely answers based on your historical answers. If you see an appropriate recommendation, you can apply that answer to the selected question.
To apply a response from the Recommendation Engine:
- Select a question. The Recommendation Engine will automatically display suggested responses in the right-hand pane. The keywords that triggered the selection of that potential answer are highlighted.
- Scroll through each recommendation until the appropriate answer is found. Additionally, you can use Advanced Search to filter through the results. To select a response, click the Apply Answer button (i.e. arrow icon).
- The applied answer will appear in the Response field for the question. It can be edited as needed.
Note: To capture the used count, Apply Answer, Override Answer, or Copy buttons from the Recommendation Engine must be used when applying answers.
